RULES OF ENTRY
Aussie World Pty Ltd t/as Aussie World is a supplier of recreational and other related services.
All activities enjoyed at Aussie World are subject to these conditions of entry.

RISK WARNING
The services provided at Aussie World are recreational activities.
Activities engaged in at Aussie World may be considered dangerous.  Participating in the activities involves performing and being subjected to manoeuvres on various equipment while being in proximity to others.
Some of our rides are high speed, turbulent rides and may present a health risk, particularly those who:
•    Have had recent surgery; Are pregnant; Have high blood pressure; Suffer from a heart condition; Have broken bones or similar ailments; Have previous back or neck injuries; or Have epilepsy, fear of heights or motion sickness.
Aussie World has taken all reasonable steps to prevent injury but we cannot fully remove all risks.
Performing those manoeuvres or otherwise participating in the amusement rides and facilities may result in an unintended act such as (but not limited to) landing awkwardly, falling and suffering injury or colliding with another person and sudden jolting movements which can result in serious personal injury including sprains, twists, strains, broken bones, spinal injury, paralysis, and other physical injury and/or death.
These Rules of Entry apply to all persons entering Aussie World.
You must use good judgment in deciding which amusements and attractions are suitable for you and those minors under your care and supervision.
You must comply with:
1.    These rules and responsibilities;
2.    All further rules specific to each amusement displayed in signage in that area; and
3.    Any further directions issued by Aussie World staff.
You must not participate in any amusement or attraction when under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
